RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS:
Returns
Vet meds for pets wants you to be completely satisfied with any product you purchase from us. We have trained, skilled, and knowledgeable staff to assist you in the ordering needs for your pets via our live help or email. All orders are processed as quickly as possible to ensure prompt delivery. If you are not completely satisfied and wish to return an item, please send an email request for a Return Authorization (RA) number. Return requests are accepted when received within 24 days of the Invoice date. Our return policies are a simple way of continuing to offer our customers the lowest prices possible.
Returns are accepted only within 24 days of the Invoice date. The initial and return shipping charges are non-refundable.
All returns must have a RA number. No returns will be excepted without receiving prior return authorization. Please write your RA number on the outside of the return box and on a note with your name and phone number inside the box. No returns will be accepted without an RA number provided to you via email.
Merchandise must be in an undamaged and re-sellable condition, in its original packaging with no seals broken, and must include all manuals, blank warranty cards, and all the accessories provided by the manufacturer. All returns will be inspected by our return specialist. Partial and/or damaged returns will not receive a full credit. Items damaged during return shipping will receive partial or no credit at the discretion of Vet meds for pets.
Shipping costs are refunded only when the return is the result of our error and the entire order is returned.
We recommend sending returns by some traceable delivery (tracking or delivery confirmation) and in a secure box. Vet meds for pets cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages.
Please allow up to 7 days after receipt of your return for inspection and for our accounting department to review the type of credit being issued.
Please send the return items with the RA number to the address provided when the RA# is issued by email.
Cancellations
We strive to process and ship your order out within 48 hours of the day it’s ordered so that it is received in an expedited manner. If you decide to cancel your order, please do so by emailing us immediately at sales@vetmedsforpets.com. We cannot guarantee an email cancellation notice will be read in time to stop an order from shipping. Orders ship at 4 p.m. central time each weekday. Orders cancelled after they have already been processed, packaged it becomes the customers responsibility to obtain an RA number.
Refused Orders
Should you decide to refuse to accept a package upon delivery, credit will be issued for the order less shipping charges. Once an order has shipped, it is considered a complete sale. Credit will be issued once the item has been received and inspected by our return specialist.
Damaged Product in Shipment:
Report any visible outside damage to sales@vetmedsforpets.com for instructions. Please do not discard the product or the shipping box.
Defective or Incorrectly Shipped Products:
Please contact us on sales@vetmedsforpets.com immediately for instructions.
Credit Card Charges:
The charge on your credit card statement or paypal account will appear as Vet Meds for Pets.
Back orders
We strive to process and ship your order out within 48 hours, if an item is unavailable you will be notified by email and given the option to cancel your order or a date will be provided for delivery.
